Here is a secret that can save you thousands. BMW does not make turbos. They use Garret, Mitsubishi, and BorgWerner. We use the same brand in our service vs. the pretty BMW box - saving. you hundreds for the same job.

What makes you a BMW Specialist?
We are recognized as a BMW specialist because of:

Expertise: Our BMW Technicians have a combined 50 years of experience in all generations of BMW, from classic E10s to the newest G Generation cars. We go through frequent training to refresh knowledge and learn the latest diagnostics and repair techniques.

Diagnostics Technology: We are expert users of ISTA - the same software platform the dealer uses to diagnose and program modules. We also have access to the same technical information. This is possible because the federal Right to Repair act.

Quality Parts: We use OEM BMW or premium Euro parts, depending on the job. BMW does not make many of the parts fitted to their cars. We use the Euro brands that make the parts for them, and others, to achieve high quality and lower cost. These include Lemforder, BOSCH, Siemens, Bilstein, SACHS, GKN, Continental, and more.
Can you program modules?

Yes. We have access to multiple software platforms to program most modules, such as CAS, FRM, DME/DDE, TCM, mechatronics, CCC/CIC, KOMBI, VTG, and more.
Do you take customer parts?
No. Three reasons:

In our industry, insurance carriers do not allow shops to install customer-supplied parts, as liability is too high. If your current shop takes customer parts, they are bending their insurance agreement. Is that the kind of place you want to do fix your car?

We offer a 36 month, 36K mile warranty in our repairs, in partnership with our top-tier part providers. If we took customers parts we wouldn't be able to offer that best of industry warranty.

When you go to a fine restaurant, do you bring your own filet mignon for them to prepare? Same idea here.
Do you offer loaners?

Yes! We offer use of courtesy vehicles free of charge for services taking more than 8 billed hours, or for established customers. As we are an independent shop, please don't expect a brand new BMW for your loaner. We have functional, safe cars for our guests to use for a coiple of days. Please understand our loaners are in high demand, so we prioritize them for longer services.
